The achievements and the area of interest of the Law Office may be illustrated in the best way by the fact that it is conducting 10 property cases in Marszałkowska Street, 6 cases in Jerozolimskie Avenue, 9 in Krakowskie Przedmieście and Nowy Świat and finally 9 cases in Chmielna Street which is one of the most important shopping streets in Warsaw.
In the last group, in four of the conducted cases the buildings have already been regained, in the two next cases the decisions stating the invalidity of nationalization have been issued, and the return of the real estate is only the matter of time, and the proceeding in the three cases was suspended due to necessity of conducting the inheritance proceedings.
In Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście two buildings have already been repossessed, and in 5 other cases it was stated that nationalization of the properties was illegal.
