I have been performing the legal profession for over 30 years. At first according to the then regulations in a team of attorneys and then in my own law office for 10 years. My interest in Warsaw real estate began while regulating the legal status of the properties purchased before War World II by my grandfather who was a deputy of a notary. The knowledge which my grandfather gained while conducting Warsaw real estates cases, among other belonging to the Church, was completed by my father who was also an attorney. This knowledge allowed me to terminate the family matters favourably. The acquired experience enabled me to deal with the matters of Warsaw decree in its broad range. When the time passed this issues dominated the scope of the affairs being conducted by the Law Office.
Specializing in one type of issues The Law Office gathered archive and cartographical materials e.g. registers of properties and their owners, so called Lindley's maps for determining the location, area and boundaries of each Warsaw estate. We also possess the complete of pre-war and after war plans of development of the capital, maps of the damages and official journals of the management of the city. The materials are organized in digital recording what enables the exact assessment of the case at the preliminary stage and considerable acceleration of the proceeding conducted in public offices.
Besides auxiliary personnel The Law Office employs a few thoroughly prepared lawyers to conduct the issues of Warsaw real estate .We also have an employee dealing with the issues of cartography, archive, land and mortgage register etc.
